We are very flattered about the growing interest in Spryker Systems. More importantly, we are even happier to have welcomed so many new clients in 2017. 2018 won’t be any different, which is why the Spryker teams in Berlin and Hamburg are excited to onboard many more team members on this journey. In Q1 we are planning to fill more than 50 new positions. Stay tuned to find out more. Boris and I will dedicate some time to our exciting plans for Q2 and Q3 on the Kassenzone Podcast in due time.
There is just one thing left to do before I can fully engage in writing more posts and recording exciting new podcasts for Kassenzone, these new Spryker team members need to be found and hired. Currently we are looking to fill the following positions:
Business Intelligence Analyst (Berlin/ Hamburg): This position requires you to understand, structure, and process data across the business. You will be crucial in helping us understand if e.g. podcast advertising works or if we react sufficiently fast to job applications.
Content Marketing Manager (Berlin/ Hamburg): This job focuses on the creation of white papers (check out this example), market analysis and more. As you might be able to imagine, I am very passionate about this topic.
As expected, our Director of Brand Marketing and Events Eileen, is looking for at least one Event Manager (Hamburg). We are expanding our event series in 2018.
In order to deal with the growing number of customers, we are planning to expand our Sales department in Hamburg and Berlin on all levels. Therefore, we are looking for a Junior Sales Manager (to work mainly with CRM tools), Sales Development Reps (to work with potential clients), and a Sales Manager with quota obligations who will be responsible for our new clients, preferably with e-commerce and software expertise. What counts is that people are smart, willing to learn, and keen to try new things. If you would like to learn more about the sales positions, listen in to the Art of Sales podcast by Joel Kaczmarek.
At this point we support dozens of Industry and Solution Partners. This field is expected to grow strongly in 2018. We are looking for people with Marketing Know How and experience in Sales (Berlin/ Hamburg).
Of course, Sales teams need strong support of people, who fully understand the product and are able to customize it to clients’ needs. Therefore, we are looking for so-called Solution Architects (Hamburg, Berlin, everywhere). We simply can’t have enough of you.
For the product department we are looking for multiple Product Managers in Berlin that help develop the product in the right direction. Additionally, we are looking for Product Marketing Managers that help translate complex product features and target business clients. This includes holding webinars, the communication of our roadmap and content for our brand new website.
Furthermore, we, and our clients, are constantly in need of Top Developers who would like to be part of the Spryker family.
